Who We Are

The Office of the Deputy Chief Minister (DCM) of Odisha is committed to good governance and public service. The DCM Grievance Redressal Cell has been established to:

  • Receive grievances across all departments and schemes.
  • Ensure timely acknowledgment and tracking of each grievance.
  • Escalate unresolved cases to higher authorities when needed.
  • Publish periodic metrics of performance and resolution.
